SHIPPING METHODS & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING TERMS

We deliver to Germany, the European Union and the rest of the world where DHL and DHL Express are available. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. The estimated delivery times below are business days and exclude processing the order. Orders are generally processed within 2 business days except during public holidays and holiday periods. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

We do not cover the costs for customs, taxes and additional fees that may incur for order outside Germany or the EU. After the order is already shipped, we cannot accept order cancellations. If an order cannot be delivered to the delivery address due to incorrect address, several failed trials of delivery, refusal of paying taxes / additional fees or other, the package may be disposed at destination at the recipient’s cost.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our return policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days since the purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if there is a sizing problem in the original condition. In case of a return or exchange, German residents will receive a return label free of charge. Customers from other countries need to incur the costs of returning or exchanging an item. Depending on the country, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach the delivery address, may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the approval or rejection of the return request. We only replace the returned item for a new one or a gift certificate for the value of the return, unfortunately we do not refund the amount paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is approved, it will be processed, and a new item will be sent out within a certain amount of days or a gift certificate will be mailed out.

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
